These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jarygo Studios website, our phone and text communications, and our AI voice receptionist services. By using our website or services, or by opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Jarygo Studios designs, configures and deploys AI voice receptionists that answer calls and capture leads for local businesses. Specific pricing, deliverables and timelines are set out in a separate quote or agreement with each client.

2. Phone calls and recording

Our outbound sales calls are made by live human representatives, not by AI or prerecorded voices. By staying on a call with us, you acknowledge that the call may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance purposes. You may request to be added to our Do-Not-Call list at any time.

3. SMS messaging program

• Program: Jarygo Studios marketing and service messages, including offers, follow-ups and appointment updates.
• Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Jarygo Studios. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP or call (469) 420-5612.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of business information they provide, for any required disclosures to their own callers (including call-recording notices where required), and for using the services in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Payments

Fees are due as described in your quote or agreement. We may suspend service for unpaid balances.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or attempt to interfere with their operation.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, and the configurations, prompts and materials we create remain the property of Jarygo Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." AI receptionists may occasionally misunderstand callers or capture incomplete information, and we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarygo Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
